A 14k gold Mabe pearl and diamonds pearl enhancer pendant for a necklace. This vintage beauty has an 12mm x 6mm genuine Mabe pearl surrounded by six round genuine brilliant cut diamonds circa 1970s. Mabe pearls grow on the inside of the shell rather than the centre, so they are curved at the front but flatter at back. This necklace pendant has a pearl enhancer type loop, which means it can also be worn over a strand of pearls or some other gem stone or bead necklace also. Also lovely on a chain alone as the pendant. The pearl alone measures 12 mm. across and the six genuine modern single cut diamonds are set in white gold, with yellow gold surrounding.
