A Scottish Dirk pebble and crystal knife pin or brooch from the 1900 era. This late Victorian/early Edwardian pin had fine hand engraving and tooling, the amber stone is of molded glass and the two stones are of red jasper and (probably) black onyx. It measures 2-7/8" long and 3/4" at its widest, it has the original c-clasp and it is stamped SILVER. This Scottish clan classic style brooch is still being produced today and this example is an antique one. A Scottish agates sterling silver banded agate sword pin circa 1911. This handsome dirk pin features finely banded agate cased in a hand-engraved "sheath"; the hilt of the knife features a cabochon agate stone. It is fully hallmarked for Birmingham, England 1911-12, and it has the maker's or retailers mark for Adie & Lovekin. Many of these pins were made in Scotland and hallmarked in Birmingham, although some were made there as well. A pair of Schoffel gold and hematite rhinestone earrings circa 1950-60. This cool vintage pair of gold plated rhinestone earrings is by Schoffel & Co. of Austria. These clip-on 1-1/4" x 7/8" earrings have claw-set rhinestones in a hematite or silver colour and gold nugget colour (the hematite colour stones are round and the gold colour ones are marquise shaped). A scarce sterling silver filigree posey holder pin circa 1900 1910. This antique 2-1/4" long and 1" across (unmarked but tested) fantastic posy or corsage brooch is an example of ornate and very fine silver work. The ball and wire end makes me think it may be an older Indonesian / Yogya piece. It was assembled from three separate sections of filigree silver. It may be older than our estimate. This possible bridal item either started out as a flower bouquet holder and had the pin added or was always a posy-pin. It has a c-clasp. It can readily be converted to (or back to) a small bouquet holder. It weighs 12.6 grams, and it is in excellent condition for its age and fineness, with no corrosion or repairs other than what appears to be a small section of missing wire and the c-clasp has been repaired. A Robert Allison Scottish sterling silver and genuine citrine round pin or brooch with a Greek key design. This vintage 1-1/2" round brooch is fully hallmarked for Edinburgh probably 1958 (we think - the date stamp is difficult to make out). This pin has a safety clasp and the citrene has been checked to verify that it is a genuine gem stone and it weighs 15.0 grams. These stones are sometimes referred to as smoky topaz, but they are actually a light brown citrine. It would make a handsome addition to your Scottish sash and kilt ensemble for a Scottish wedding or family event. A striking, modernistic designer watch by Philippe Starck, for Fossil. This stainless watch has a mystery clock movement where the "hands" rotate on discs. This is the white version of the Palindrome watch, with a white face and white leather band with Philippe Starck stamp on band. It is fully marked on the case, dial, band and on the original Starck with Fossil barcode tag. It is guaranteed to be genuine, however the original packaging and booklet is not present. A Pforzheim Germany plique-a-jour enamel Arts and Crafts necklace from the 1910 era. This stunning survivor from the Edwardian era was made in the Pforsheim area of Germany which was the center of such items. Plique-a-jour (French: "Light of Day") refers to the labour-intensive technique of repeatedly firing enamel in metal-bordered cells resembling cloisonne, resulting in unbacked transluscent panels. This fine example measures 1-7/8 x 15/16", it has a baroque pearl drop and a pink tourmaline in silver (800 grade or better) with pale lavender purple enamel panels. The best exponent of this work was the firm of Levinger & Bissinger who were prime exponents of the Jugendstil movement. Included is a contemporary associated arts and crafts 25-3/8" chain (stamped STERLING on the hook and eye clasp) from which is suspended the pendant on a 4-1/8" drop with a hook suspension. The pendant has an impossible to read mark which appears to be a diamond cartouche containing a B and a possible animal head - a silver mark but as yet unidentified. This piece looks like the work of Levinger & Bissinger but we are unable to definitively confirm it's one of their pieces. This rarity weighs 7.1 grams and it is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs; a couple of enamel panels show natural striations form their manufacturing process. An ornate Victorian rolled gold plate Aesthetic clamper bangle bracelet from the 1880s. This attractive bangle measures 2-3/8" along the decorated front and it is 13/16" wide. It is unsigned and it has both rose and yellow gold components which was typical of the time. The bracelet itself is very heavily gold plated and the spring is strong and the bracelet expands smoothly (it measures 2-3/16 x 1-7/8" at rest). It is in very good condition with no dents, bends, corrosion, damage or repairs other than the possible replacement of the larger ball at the center. There is gold plate wear to this ball and to a smaller one as well. This late Victorian 1-13/16" diameter locket has high relief decoration including a maiden and a poppy flowers border.
