This size 5-1/2 ring has a central 9/16 x 5/16" overlay gold front with a Gothic letter (an E or F, we think) with a corner hand engraved embellishment. The flanks are engraved gold as well and the mount has stepped sides. It is marked STERLING with faint signs of other marks which have been lost due to resizing in the past. The drop pendant is 2-3/4" across and 2" long. The peridot and seed pearls are genuine gem stones. The two chains, one with a spring-ring catch, measure 6" each, and this necklace weighs 4.3 grams. A scarce sterling silver filigree posey holder pin circa 1900 1910. This antique 2-1/4" long and 1" across (unmarked but tested) fantastic posy or corsage brooch is an example of ornate and very fine silver work. The ball and wire end makes me think it may be an older Indonesian / Yogya piece. It was assembled from three separate sections of filigree silver. It may be older than our estimate. This possible bridal item either started out as a flower bouquet holder and had the pin added or was always a posy-pin. It has a c-clasp. It can readily be converted to (or back to) a small bouquet holder. An Edwardian 14k yellow gold sunburst diamond and seed pearls ring circa 1900 1910. This unusual antique ring of genuine seed pearls and a genuine diamond is in the sunburst or starburst shape popular with lavalieres at the time, it was more likely a representation of a daisy or some other flower. The sunburst has 10 petals with genuine seed pearls and it has a central claw-set 8 point (measured by flat stone gauge) genuine antique European cut diamond; the shank is stamped 14K with a JIC maker's mark. I have never seen this ring before in 38 years in antiques. It is possible that this piece was produced at a slightly later date, but the ring shank is an appropriate one for the period, and the setting is properly mounted and appears original. This ring weighs 6.3 grams, and it is in very good condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, losses or damage other than some glue residue on a couple of reset pearls (an old repair, and is restorable). The pearls have some colour variation, which is not unusual.
