A fine pair of framed cross stitch needlepoint floral pictures from the 1950s. This pair features red roses with green foliage on one and variable coloured poppies onn the other. They measure 5-1/8" square (sight size) in their gilt 1950s style 6-3/4" frames; they are unsigned and the petitpoint work may be older than the frames. They are in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs. All items are thoroughly and conservatively graded and all condition issues are noted; all items are vintage or antique and may have slight signs of gentle use.
