An Art Deco floral molded glass and enamel chrome clamper cuff bracelet from 1934. This beauty features a moulded white milk glass floral insert surrounded by pale pink enamel daisy flowers on a wide chrome plated spring-mounted clamper bracelet. It measures 1-3/8 x 1-5/16" across the central panel and it measures 2-1/4 x 1-5/8" across the interior. Although signed only with a patent number (PAT. 1971094, corresponding to 1934) it is finely done with excellent detail and workmanship. A true Deco prize. A Victorian gold filled double slide expanding gentleman's watch fob chain. This 9-1/4" (maximum) chain shrinks to 6-1/8" when the two engraved slides are separated (which contracts the chain forming a double chain between them, shown partly drawn in our second image). It has a t-bar and a swivel as well as two textured balls which act as stops for the slides. It is stamped W.LH.&Co. on the swivel and it is a neat bit of Victorian ingenuity. A Vict. gp & mop fancy spring extendable watch chain. This truly unusual 12" spring-loaded expanding Victorian gold plated over brass watch chain has with mother of pearl sections. This 1/2" wide chain features engraved round links with pierced loops, round thick plain loops and designed flattened patterned loops; it also has two spring-loaded segments with mother-of-pearl inserted sections. Each spring segment has engraving and finely made pivots and channels for the expansion spring; one has what appears to be either an old repair or for some other purpose, possibly a hanging component. It has one original swivel and one that has been added later; it has no identifying marks of any kind. We haven't seen a chain of this style before, and we've seen hundreds. An excellent curiosity.
