An Art Nouveau gilt sash pin from the 1900 era with an amethyst glass stone. A beautiful and ornate example of late Victorian costume jewellery. This is a 3-1/8 x 2-1/8" gilt metal sash or cloak pin c1900 complete with a faceted amethyst glass stone and two flanking stones. It has the original c-clasp, the gilding is completely intact (it looks like this pin was stored away for a century or more), and it is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs. All items are thoroughly and conservatively graded and all condition issues are noted; all items are vintage or antique and may have slight signs of gentle use. Tracked Packet shipping to anywhere in the U.S. is $13.75 - this includes online tracking, air service and insurance up to $70.
