A mid-Victorian pair of hand carved shell cameos of a mythological man and woman mounted on a later bar pin c1900. The two 7/8 x 5/8" cameos are thick and finely carved and the rolled gold plate pin has a safety clasp and it measures 1-7/8" long. It is unsigned and it is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs. All items are thoroughly and conservatively graded and all condition issues are noted; all items are vintage or antique and may have slight signs of gentle use.
