A retro 10k yellow gold ring with a faceted black Alaskan diamond gem stone circa 1960s with a centrally set genuine diamond in a white gold setting. This vintage size 5-3/4 ring features a nice long facetted marquise cut 1-1/8" x 5/16" claw-set gem stone; the diamond is ~1-1/2 points. Although it looks black in our photo, it actually has a fine silver grey to black lustre as you would expect. Black Alaskan diamond is the commercial name for gem style hematite or silver pyrite. It weighs 4.6 grams, it is stamped 10K TRADITION and it is in excellent vintage condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs. All items are thoroughly and conservatively graded and all condition issues are noted; all items are vintage or antique and may have slight signs of gentle use. Expedited tracked and insured parcel shipping to the U.S. starts at $23 (other spots may vary, air is higher). Items paid with a credit card will be shipped to confirmed addresses only.
