A goldstone sterling silver pendant on chain necklace from the 1950s. Goldstone is a formed glass with internal crystallized copper (or other colour yielding metals), carefully heated and cooled to precipitate the metals giving the metallic sparkle. This 7/8 x 11/16" pendant comes with a 16-1/2" fine link sterling silver chain with a springring clasp. This necklace weighs 4.4 grams and both components are stamped STERLING. It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs. All items are thoroughly and conservatively graded and all condition issues are noted; all items are vintage or antique and may have slight signs of gentle use.
