A pair of Victorian French jet 9k gold and pearl earrings with silver screwback mounts. These 3/4 x 7/16" earrings are in the shape of a shield and the French jet (black glass) is beveled on the edges. They have 10k yellow gold star shaped inserts with central seed pearls; they have been rebacked with screwbacks in sterling silver (stamped STERLING) at a later date (but not recently). They are in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs other than the remounting. All items are thoroughly and conservatively graded and all condition issues are noted; all items are vintage or antique and may have slight signs of gentle use. Tracked Packet shipping to anywhere in the U.S. is $14.00 - this includes online tracking, air service and insurance up to $70.
