An Edwardian 18K & platinum English diamond ring - Size 6-1/2. This lovely English ring features a 5-6 point high set diamond (by gauge) with nicely designed flank or shoulder decoration in platinum (white gold hadn't been used in jewellery yet). This attractive ring measures 13/16" along the 5/16" wide (across the stone) platinum front, it weighs 2.2 grams and it is stamped 18Ct & PLAT. It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, damage or repairs. All items are thoroughly and conservatively graded and all condition issues are noted; all items are vintage or antique and may have slight signs of gentle use.
