A 10k purple sapphire ring with white sapphires from the 1950s. This size 7 ring features a lovely and very flashy cushion cut purple sapphire (tests as sapphire on our gem tester) flanked by two small white sapphires in a 10k yellow gold setting. It measures 3/8 x 5/16" across the setting, it weighs 2.4 grams and it is marked 10K with an A+A maker's mark. The stone calculates to 2.1 carats in size and this ring is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, damage or repairs. The dirt on the back of the stone has been cleaned off since the pictures were taken. All items are thoroughly and conservatively graded and all condition issues are noted; all items are vintage or antique and may have slight signs of gentle use.
