A Fry Geisha etched glass lemonade pitcher plus 5 handled tumbler glasses circa 1900-1930. This attractive, high quality set also goes by the names Japanese Maid or Japan Maid and it was made by Fry Glass. Similar to a Beaver Valley glass pattern featuring all over cherry blossoms, this company was bought out by Fry circa 1900 and they made this finely etched set with a Geisha serving tea on one side and cherry blossoms on the other. The 10-3/8" tall pitcher has a faceted cut-style handle and a rayed base and it includes five matching low handled 5-1/4" lemonade tumblers which also have rayed bases. The etching is very fine and this super set is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, damage or repairs other than a bit of factory roughness to the pitcher's foot rim which also has a shallow burst bubble leaving a small rough area on the rim. All items are thoroughly and conservatively graded and all condition issues are noted; all items are vintage or antique and may have slight signs of gentle use. Expedited tracked and insured parcel shipping to the U.S. starts at $34 (other spots may vary, air is higher). Items paid with a credit card will be shipped to confirmed addresses only. We do ship internationally. All of our prices are in $US. PLEASE NOTE: We DO NOT accept PayPal.
