A palladium blue sapphire and two opals ring from the 1910-20 era. This size 7-1/4 late Edwardian-early Art Deco ring features a pleasing circular loop design with a central deep blue round faceted 45 point (calculated) sapphire flanked by two bright and flashy cabochon opals. The opals have excellent clarity and they have vivid blue and green flash with orange fire. The setting measures 1/2 x 5/16", this ring weighs 2.6 grams and it is stamped PALLADIUM. Early rings like this that are marked simply "Palladium" are typically 95% or better pure palladium in content. This ring is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, damage or repairs. All items are thoroughly and conservatively graded and all condition issues are noted; all items are vintage or antique and may have slight signs of gentle use.
