A late 19th century Vulcanite (early thermoset plastic) cameo locket pendant with an applied cameo-style head. This 1-1/2" x 1-1/8" pendant has a silverplated loop and a fine floral and spiral molded design along with a retaining bezel for hair or a photo. This item is in very good original condition with no cracks, crazing, damage or repairs other than a small loss to the cameo's nose and a chip at the hinge which doesn't affect opening or closing. All items are thoroughly and conservatively graded and all condition issues are noted; all items are vintage or antique and may have slight signs of gentle use. Tracked Packet shipping to anywhere in the U.S. is $14.00 - this includes online tracking, air service and insurance up to $70.
