A signed Dafri copper ultramodern pin brooch and earrings set from the 1950s. This Toronto Canada company made some great looking items and this is one of them - a very Jetsons kind of anamorphic style. This set includes the 2" across pin with a safety clasp and an applied copper planchet identical to the 1-5/8 x 1" clip-on earrings. Each has some mild black patination and the pin has the DAFRY signature planchet. A Birks 14k man's 3 diamonds row ring in yellow and white gold circa 1950s. The size is approximately size 14, or may be a little larger, as our ring mandrel (ring sizer bar) doesn't go any higher. This vintage gentleman's diamond band is stamped BIRKS (indistinct), it tests as 14k gold and it has an independent gemologist appraisal for $1000 CAD from 2008. The additional marks may have been lost a sizing, as sometimes happens. The diamonds include: one brilliant cut diamond .22 pt diamond of I-1 clarity and F-G colour, two single cut diamonds of SI-2 tand I-1 clarity, I-J colour 0.05 pt total. The ring weighs 4.8 grams. Please note that the large diamond has a very tiny chip, as noted in appraisal, so this factor is included in the independent evaluation. The 1950s modernist design would make this a an affordable choice for a men's wedding/engagement ring. An Antiko Hildesheimer Rose 800 silver dessert or cake set in a fitted case box from the 1940s or 1950s. This ornate and attractive set was made by Kohlbecker Silberwarenfabrik of Pforzheim, Germany (1946-). Some sources say the "ANTIKO" trade name was used from 1959. This ornate set consists of six 4-3/4" cake forks in 800 silver as well as a matching 8-1/8" silver plated pie or cake lifter marked ANTIKO 90. The brown snakeskin style paper wrapped box has a fitted yellow and brown silk like interior; the lifter doesn't quite fit the support and it may be a replacement. An attractive vintage sterling silver 2" brooch or pin from Mexico with a large engraved flower on a turquoise and resin ground c1960s. The engraved edge and flower are well done, and the ground has inlaid turquoise half-circles against a deep blue resin base. A Norway sterling silver and blue enamel brooch circa 1960s by Einar Modahl of Oslo. This attractive vintage modern 2-1/8" x 1-5/8" pin is a lovely royal hue. This Norwegian abstract double leaf is marked 925 S with the Einar Modahl maker's mark and an N in a square and STERLING NORWAY. The light colour or mauvish spots are artifacts of the photography and light reflections, the enamel is smooth and even with no damage. It has a modified catch which is now a c-clasp (no locking wheel), and it weighs 11.2 grams. A jeweler could add a locking wheel back to clasp. A retro Halbe rhinestone floral spray brooch with gold plating circa 1960. Halbe was an American firm, located at 411-5th Ave. New York circa 1950-1963 (thank you to Illusion Jewels for the information and a great research site). This 2-3/8" x 1-1/8" elegant brooch has baguette and round rhinestones; the pin is rhodium plated on back but the centers of the flowers, stems and bottom of spray are gold plated on the front. It has a safety catch and it is in excellent original condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs. All condition issues are noted. A vintage 7-1/4" Dutch sterling silver chain link bracelet with a spring-ring catch, complete with 17 vintage and later added silver charms c1920s. This antique silver charm bracelet has oblong links and the Dutch silver sword mark on the loop. The charms include: Haddon Hall (Birmingham 1964 hallmarks, enamelled), straw wrapped wine bottle (800 on loop), Salzburg (paper decal, not silver, minor paper discolouration), Paris, Lorraine, Lahr, Firenze (all enamelled, stamped 800), windmill (moving vanes, Dutch sword mark), dolphin (835), saxophone (800 on loop), water pitcher (835 on loop), 1929 Dutch 1/2 Gulider coin, curling stone (800 on loop), Southern Ontario Ladies Curling Ass'n (enamelled, stamped TROPHYCRAFT STERLING), chafing dish on stand (800 on loop, bent stand rim), shamrock (green enamel, hallmarked sterling, stamped MADE IN IRELAND), cuckoo clock (unmarked). This bracelet weighs 33.4 grams and it is in excellent vintage condition with no dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs unless noted above. A 1960s vintage unsigned Navajo sterling silver and turquoise bangle bracelet. This bracelet has a 2 x 1-1/8" front with a layer of cut silver sheeting on a black patinated background with a natural turquoise stone; it measures 2-1/4 x 1-3/4" across the interior (can be adjusted to suit), it weighs 19.2 grams, and it is in excellent original condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs. A pair of 1950s German wood, iron & silver plated candlesticks. This cool, retro Modern pair of German teak, silverplate and bent iron candlesticks consists of a three-light and a two-light unit; each has a teak base, a silverplated mounting plate and candle cups and bobeches. The candleholders are mounted on a silverplate-trimmed painted black iron support. They are stickered "Echt Teakholz" and "Made in Germany", they measure 7/8" long and the triple light stands 5-1/8" high. This pair is in excellent original condition with no cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, damage or repairs other than some very minor losses, spots and scrapes to the silverplate and the loss of 5 out of 8 felt pads on the bottom (easily replaced). The candle holders are held with a bolt and nut and can be oriented to suit. An early 1960s pair of Lefton Miss Dainty salt and pepper shakers in the form of yellow-haired girls in white and red checkered hats. They are sometimes referred to as cutie pie shakers. These 3" high matching shakers are marked JAPAN 7028 on the bottom and they are in excellent original condition with no chips, cracks, losses, damage or repairs other than some long craze lines on each shaker and the cork on one has fallen into the interior. A Webb hand blown amber glass decanter & 8 glasses. This 1930s-50s hand blown amber art glass decanter and eight matching glasses is by Webb of England. The 10" decanter, stopper and the four 3-1/4" and four 4-3/4" glasses all have knobby glass protrusions and the decanter is acid stamped WEBB ENGLAND.
